Improve your visual storytelling and communication skills
I enjoy teaching, mentoring and helping photographers to develop their creativity through workshops and portfolio reviews in order to boost their careers.
I've led visual storytelling workshops for Magnum Photos and Speos (London-Paris Photography School). I've also conducted portfolio reviews in Salt Galata (Istanbul) and at the International Festival for photojournalism Visa pour l'image, amoung others.
The workshops give valuable advices on how to survive and find one's place in an ever-changing industry and professional environment. It allow you to exchange and create a real dynamic to boost you personally and professionally. It will help you to find your vision, motivation, and I will share with you very precious communication tips.
The workshops take participants through a creative process and critically examine storytelling approach: from shooting to post production, editing, working with text and finally publishing. It sometimes goes through giving you a fictional magazine assignment so you learn how to produce a series of tight narrative images exploring different facets of a subject.
These workshops are an opportunity to transmit my passion and to create a positive and joyful dynamic. It pushes you to see your work in a new light.
